All products ordered from Pepperberry Florist and Gift Shop are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged upon receipt, it will be replaced.


Perishable and fragile products (flowers, plants, dried flowers and some gift baskets) cannot be returned.  These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.


Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country.  Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement and chosen size, using flowers of equal value.

Additionally, the substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to increased demand or availability and we reserve the right to substitute with items of like quality if necessary, especially during major holidays.

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Deliveries start at $8 with an additional $1 per mile from the shop.  The following are approximate delivery charges.

When should I place my order for on-time delivery?

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day.

Orders must be received before 12:00 noon to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Funeral Home orders and Fruit Basket orders must be made a day in advance. All other deliveries will be made the following business day.

Orders made at least one day in advance can choose between two delivery windows: Early day: 10am to 2pm and Late day: 2pm to 5pm.

Sunday deliveries are available for funeral services only if prior arrangements have been made by 12pm on Saturday.  All other deliveries must be made the following business day.

Can I place an order to be delivered to a destination not shown on the area list?

You can. However, we will not be directly handling the arrangement. We will forward it to a Florist in that area and do our best to describe what you are looking for. Please note that we have no control of the order once we forward it. Any problems will have to be resolved directly with the filling Florist. *Be aware that a delivery charge will be taken from the total amount.
